We love these shades. We have these in all the windows in our bedroom as well as the bathroom, and have integrated with Alexa. Alexa was an afterthought, so we ended up having to buy the hub to integrate with our Alexa, which was another small purchase and another programming hoop to go thru, but doable. We open and close the shades every morning & night, and 4 months in, haven't had to charge anything yet. We ended up putting in outlets with USB ports in them along the wall where the shades are so, when we do need to charge, just plug directly into the wall outlet USB port. We have blackout, reverse roll, with valance on all of them. My Wife would love to do the whole house with these. Shipping is quick, and extremely well packaged. Couldn't be happier! :)
Very nice and easy to maintain exactly what I was looking for
Installed two blinds in under 10 minutes. No instructions even needed honestly. Remote worked both flawlessly. Couldnt figure out how to get the mobile app to pair with my model. WIll purchase alexa and try that route. Fabric looks great. Love the fabric wrapped valance. Buying more soon. Very fast turnaround. Order to delivery was about 10 days.
The first one that they sent got a lot of wrinkles and not retract all the way to the top. The seller support contacted me and was a great help. They replaced it with a new one and the shipment was quick. They also sent me instructions on how to fix the 'not retracting all the way' issue.It looks great and this motorized blind did help a lot because I have a tall ceiling and the window is tall, no way we can reach to the top without climbing a ladder every time. The motor is quiet and smooth. Thanks you Billy (he is the support that has been helping me).
Decent blind. Easy install. Easy Alexa and remote setup.Cons: My only major issue is that the motor sounds like a fax machine.The iPhone app did not connect but don't really plan on using it anyway. This is installed in my office that no one else enters so its not a big deal.That said, I am considering getting a couple for other windows in the house.
