MEASUREMENT GUARANTEE
We all make mistakes. And don’t worry. If you do have an “oops!” moment and need to return a product due to a measuring mishap, our Guarantee Team is here for you! Just send us a photo showing how it doesn't fit, along with your corrected measurements. We will allow you to purchase a new product in the correct dimensions at 25% off. (Offer valid for 30 days after delivery).
 
PRODUCT WARRANTY
All of our products come with a free 3-year limited warranty, with options for warranty upgrades. Please review our warranty policy. This warranty is extended to the original retail purchaser only and is non-transferable. Under normal use, if your product becomes defective, we'll repair or replace it for free. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidents.
