Can I really use all three deals together?
Yes. After you order swatches, we email you a $40 coupon code. At checkout, enter your tier discount code and your $40 code together in the discount box. For the free motor upgrade on 3 or more shades, choose Standard Motor ($0) and write your motor choice in the cart Order Note, or email us at services@blindsmagic.com.
What if I return or refund my swatches?
Your $40 coupon is voided automatically. If you already used it on an order, we will charge the $40 difference.
What happens if I forget the motor note?
No problem. If we don’t receive your preference in the cart Order Note or by email, our production team will automatically upgrade your shades: Zigbee for 3–4 shades, Matter for 5 or more. To choose a different motor after ordering, email us at services@blindsmagic.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
Can I choose Zigbee or Alexa with 5 or more shades?
Write your choice in the cart Order Note. Without a note, we upgrade to Matter.
Is there a minimum for the $40 coupon?
It is valid on shade order over $200.
How do I get my $10 review reward?
After your custom shades arrive, post an installed-photo review on our store. Then, within 30 days of receiving your order, email us at services@blindsmagic.com with a screenshot of your review and your order number. Once we verify it, we refund $10 to your original payment method within 7 business days.
