I needed a blind for a 2nd story window, so a motorized, remote control blind was ideal. The company provided excellent customer service, verified the size if the blind and how i wanted to hang it, and made adjustments after clarifying options. The remote control easily mounts on the wall, so it cannot be lost. The blind works perfectly and filters light, as i hoped it would. Blocking the sun in the summer, but will be easy to put up on cool days to let the sun in.
These blinds are just great. Super easy to install and came already perfectly programmed to the remote. Oh, by the way, they were delivered more quickly than expected and everything was smooth and well packed. The motor has a slowing feature when they reach max up or down, which we were surprised at how slick they behave. The color and texture is accurate to what we saw on the screen. We tried the hub so the blinds could talk to our house voice control stuff, but it seems either like the 2.4G requirement or interference in our Wifi location caused failure, but seller was super helpful about it all.
These motorized roller shades are amazing. They not quite easy to install due to length being 94” wider x 100” long each. Someone need to hold on other end. Once the brackets were installed at correct distance, they just snap on. The remote was preprogrammed for all the shades. Three of these were packaged properly. They arrived at perfect condition. Although the motor batteries are pre-charged, I charged them full before installing them. Wish the charging cables are longer. But I had longer charging cable from other devices.
Very easy to install. Good communication. Remote works well. The only negative is they do leave a little gap on either side where some light can come through. Overall, I would definitely get them again!
I used this product to block out the morning sun coming into my business lobby. I love that it also blocks out the heat. We are in Tampa, Florida and the heat is no joke and loved it so much bought two more for my other front windows and will be buying one for my sliding glass doors at home. Great quality and easy to use.
