BlindsMagic does not permit the return for refund of customized products under any circumstances unless the product arrives defective.

What happens if I mismeasure my windows?
We all make mistakes. And don’t worry. If you do have an “oops!” moment and need to return a product due to a measuring mishap, our Guarantee Team is here for you! Just send us a photo showing how it doesn't fit, along with your corrected measurements, and we will offer a one-time remake at a 50% discount for each order.

Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all original accessories included.
We understand that sometimes customers may need to open accessories to determine whether they are suitable for their needs. However, please note that we may charge less than a 15% restocking fee for opened accessories, to cover the costs associated with inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the product.

Refunds:
We do not charge any return fee, once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them and issue a refund to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 3 to 5 business days for the refund to be processed.

Return Shipping:
If the product is defective or if the customer received the wrong product(wrong size, wrong style, product quality issue, etc.), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Should you want to return a product for any other reason (say, you don’t like/wanted the item(s), ordered the wrong item(s)/size, etc.), customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and the initial shipping cost to send you the item.

Please use a return shipping method that provides tracking information. This will ensure that we can track your package and confirm its delivery back to our warehouse.
Please note that we do not accept returns that have not been requested in advance.

Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Within 24 Hours:
You will receive a full refund if you cancel your order within 24 hours of placement.

Cancellation After 24 Hours:
If you cancel your order after 24 hours, a 15% processing fee will be applied, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Since our products are custom-made, once production begins, the materials cannot be reused. This policy is designed to help us minimize waste and maintain our high-quality standards. We appreciate your understanding.
